Digit Systems performed scheduled preventive maintenance for a long-term customer at a medical facility in Duluth, Georgia. The visit covered the facility’s MRI system and DXA bone densitometer as part of an ongoing maintenance program.
MRI Inspection and Image-Quality Verification
Our engineer inspected and cleaned the MRI scanner, patient table, console, and coils. The service included individual coil checks, system function testing, error-log review, and image-quality verification using cylindrical and spherical MRI QA phantoms.
DXA Testing, Data Backup, and Documentation
The DXA bone densitometer was checked for normal operation. Recorded errors were reviewed and corrected, relevant system data was backed up to optical media, and the equipment was cleaned. A preventive maintenance report documenting the completed work was provided to the customer.
Verified for Continued Operation
The systems were verified for normal operation following service. This visit reflects the practical, documented support that has helped Digit Systems build trusted, long-term relationships with medical imaging customers.
