Digit Systems completed the deinstallation and packing of a Siemens MAGNETOM Espree 1.5T MRI in Tremonton, Utah, from June 23 to 25, 2026. Rigging and loading followed on June 26.

June 23–25: Deinstallation and Packing

Before deinstallation began, a Digit Systems engineer ramped down the magnet with the MPS2 magnet power supply. Our engineers then disconnected, disassembled, and packed the system, protecting the magnet, electronics, cabling, and other components.

Before ramp-down, the Digit Systems team used the Universal De-Icing Kit to inspect the magnet turret and remove accumulated ice. This helped reduce ice-related cryogenic risk and supported a controlled ramp-down and deinstallation of the Siemens MAGNETOM Espree.

The team also cleaned the work area.

June 26: Rigging and Loading

A specialist rigging team moved and loaded the equipment under Digit Systems’ supervision. The system was then transported to our warehouse, where it was received, inspected, and secured for storage.

The project finished on schedule without damage to critical system components.
