Upon initiation of the rental service, the renter agrees to this terms and conditions

The renter complies that the tools will be used only for the designed purpose shown from the brochure. Any maluse beside the designed purpose will be subject for withholding of the deposit until full verification of the tools upon return. In case of malfunction is identified, deposit may be returned excluding the repair cost plus the loss of opportunity for next renter.

The renter agrees to pay the full rental amount of the payment once the equipment is returned based on the return date of the tools. The renter may decide to receive deposit refunded after the deduction of the rental amount or make full payment to receive full deposit refund.

The renter agrees to pay a security deposit of 70% of the tool listing price. This should be refunded upon returning the tool in the original condition of how it was shipped. The security deposit will cover for any damage to the equipment. Normal wear and tear are not subject to security deposit deductions.

The renter agrees to purchase and maintain appropriate insurance for the rented tools. The certificate of insurance will be provided to the Digit Systems upon request.

The renter shall perform the best to maintain the tools in good condition. The Renter will be responsible for any damage caused which means the renter will cover all the expenses in fixing it. All tools will come with the warranty seal. In case the seal is damaged, broken or missing, the security deposit will not be returned. In case the seal has to be voided, written permission from Digit Systems is required.

The renter will be responsible for the loss of the tool and agrees to pay full listing price for lost tools. A proper written notification is required to seize the rental service and convert the rental to sales of the tool. Full payment is required within 5 business days from the report date. Any delay in notification will result in an extra rental fee.
Lost tools’ warranty is immediately voided and will not be subject to software update and repair service.

The renter agrees not to allow the usage of the tools by an unauthorized person.
The renter agrees not to use the tools in a way to disturb the peace in the surrounding or in the environment.

The renter agrees not to use the tools in violation of the law

The renter indemnified the owner and the tool free and harmless from any liability like accident, loss of tools, injury, death of a person, loss or damage of the property.

This terms and conditions can only be changed or modified through written consent of both parties involved.

This terms and conditions shall be governed under the law of the state of Georgia in the United States.
